Item Details Percentage Scores

The Item Details Percentage Scores report is based on all assessments (designated for mastery and not designated for mastery) and provides the district, school, class, and student percentage scores for each question in an assessment, and the standard(s) mapped to each question.

Run Your Report

Select the Reports tab, and then choose the Item Details Percentage Scores report.
Do one of the following:
Click Filters to focus your data results.
- Starting at the top, select the Dates filter options.
- Click the Schools open text filter field When you click in an open text filter field, it displays up to 100 selectable values based on your previous filter choices. You can also enter keywords or part of a name to immediately enable a search of a specific selection. and select one or more schools.
- Click the Teachers open text filter field and select one or more teachers.
- Click the Classes open text filter field and select one or more classes.
- Click the Students open text filter field and select one or more students.
- Click the Program open text filter field and select one program. This filter is required.
- Click the Assessment open text filter field and select one assessment. This filter is required.

Click the (Filter) icon to use a previously saved set of filters for this report.
1. Select Load Filter.
2. Select the filter from the list, and then click Load.
Click Run to generate the report. Click Stop to cancel your request.
In the report results, double-click or use the caret to open a District row and view the schools.
Continue to drill down to view additional data by class, teacher, and student. The question scores are graphically displayed using the score range colors.
Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:
1. Click the (Filter) icon, and select Save Filter.
2. Type a unique Filter Name, click Save, and then click Close.
  
  Filter names are case-sensitive.

Report Data Elements

Click any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

Elements	Data Descriptions
District	Name of the district. Double-click or use the caret to open a District row and view the school and class data.
School	Name of the school. Double-click or use the caret to continue drill down.
Class - Teacher	Name of the class and teacher. Double-click or use the caret to continue drill down.
Student Name	Name of the student. Click the student's name and select Show Student ID to see the student's user name and district SIS student information system student number and identification, if applicable.
Submit Date	Date and time of the assessment submitted by the student in UTC.
Question Number	Sequence number of the question in the assessment.
Standard Code	Standard code(s) mapped to the question.
Score %	By district: Average score percentage on the specified question for all students in the district. By school: Average score percentage on the specific question for all students in the school. By class: Average score percentage on the specified question for all students in the class. By student: Student's individual score percentage on the specified question.
Test Score	By district: Average assessment score for all students in the district. By school: Average assessment score for all students in the school. By class: Average assessment score for all students in the class. By student: Student's individual assessment score.
